Role & responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, guiding them toward

suitable courses.

• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve admission targets.
• Conduct outbound calls to explain course offerings and career opportunities.
• Schedule counseling sessions and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve student engagement and

enrollment processes

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confidence in speaking with students and professionals.
