Education Counsellor Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of education counsellors to achieve individual and team targets.
• Allocate leads and monitor counsellors' daily activities and productivity.
• Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and regular feedback sessions.
• Coach team members on counselling techniques, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new counsellors.
• 2. Counselling & Admissions
  
• Guide students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission processes.
• Ensure counsellors understand the institution's offerings and provide accurate information.
• Handle complex student queries and escalations professionally.
• Monitor the complete student journey, from initial enquiry to application, admission, and enrolment.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
• 3. Sales & Target Achievement
  
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Monitor lead-to-counselling, counselling-to-admission, and enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and reduce lead leakage.
• Develop strategies to improve follow-up quality, productivity, and overall sales performance.
• Track individual counsellor performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
