We are looking for a dynamic and organized Education Counsellor cum Office Administrator with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, course guidance, admission support, and managing day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide career counselling and course guidance to students and parents.
Explain course details, training programs, and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Manage student admissions, registrations, and documentation.
Maintain student records and database management.
Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling and course planning.
Manage office administration tasks and daily operations.
Prepare reports related to admissions, inquiries, and student data.
Support marketing activities such as seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

Required Skills

Strong communication and counselling skills.
Ability to handle student queries and admissions processes.
Good organizational and administrative abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
