Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their academic needs and recommend suitable online learning programs.
• Counsel prospects on course benefits, learning plans, and enrollment procedures.
• Manage leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, ensuring regular follow-ups and successful conversions.
• Guide students and parents through admissions, documentation, fee-related queries, and enrollment.
• Maintain lead records, update CRM systems, and work towards enrollment targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospects while delivering a positive counselling experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, educational sales, or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in education or EdTech is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
