About the Role (Domestic and Study Abroad both)

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Consultants to join our Experience Centre. As a Consultant, you will act as a student-first mentor, guiding students through their study abroad journeyfrom shortlisting the right-fit courses and universities to supporting a smooth admission and enrollment process.

You will be the primary point of contact, building trust, ensuring student satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional experience.

Location : NCR Region, Bangalore, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Student Journey: Manage a portfolio of students, including onboarding, counselling, regular follow-ups, and overall journey success.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Understand university admission processes, intake cycles, eligibility requirements, and exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.
• Build Student Relationships: Establish trusted relationships and act as a dedicated coach for admission-related guidance.
• Track Applications: Regularly monitor application progress, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage Post-Offer Coordination: Work with Visa teams and international offices to ensure timely outcomes after offers are received. • Execute Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies and consistently achieve targets during intake cycles.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate / MBA degree in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience; EdTech experience is an advantage. • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.
• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present, persuade, and guide.
• Good multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
