About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students and their families about study abroad opportunities, application processes, and cultural adjustment.
- Ensure to achieve the target assigned in Europe Study Abroad programs.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, institutions, and programs based on their academic and career goals.
- Provide Support in Coordinating and managing events .
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational agencies across Europe.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborations with educational institutions to expand program offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and program outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, student progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Manage budgets and financial records related to program operations.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for staff regarding Europe Education
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to international education
