Editorial Executive For Media company - Journals, Digital & Events

We are looking for articulate Editorial Executives to join our B2B media team covering the chemical, process and healthcare industries. Mumbai-based candidates only. This is a full time work-from-office role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Write, edit and proofread articles, features, interviews, profiles and industry news for our print and digital platforms.

2. Interact and build relationships with industry leaders and subject matter experts.

3. Assist with conference/workshop/ webinar themes, agendas, speaker coordination and event execution.

4. Research, identify and reach out to potential speakers, panelists and moderators for our conferences and workshops through email, telephone and social platforms.

5. Attend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars and press events we get invites for.

6. Create engaging and persuasive emails and content for editorial, digital and event initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Science graduates preferred with specialisation in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in B2B media, technical writing, journalism, chemical/process industry, pharma/healthcare may also be suitable for the role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong editing and communication skills.
• Confident interacting with senior industry professionals.
• Strong research ability, professional communication and follow-up skills.
• Curious, energetic and a go-getter who enjoys meeting people and taking ownership.
