Roles & Responsibilities Editorial Assistant

• Assist in reviewing, formatting, proofreading, and editing scientific reports, research documents, technical articles, SOPs, and laboratory documentation.
• Coordinate with scientists, technical teams, and quality departments to collect, organize, and maintain publication-related content and records.
• Ensure consistency in grammar, formatting, terminology, citations, and documentation standards across editorial materials.
• Support the preparation of newsletters, technical presentations, research summaries, training materials, and scientific communication content.
• Maintain document version control, publication trackers, and editorial databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in compiling data, references, audit documents, and compliance-related technical content for internal and external communication.
• Perform basic fact-checking, reference verification, and quality reviews of submitted technical documents.
• Support digital content coordination, report scheduling, and publication timelines for various scientific and business functions.
