About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) / IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
- Experience supporting EDI transactions such as 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945, etc.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, VAN, etc.
- IBM Transformation Extender(ITX) experience Added Advantage.
- Experience in a 24x7 production support environment.
- Knowledge on Kubernetes,Contianers.
- ITIL knowledge or certification.
- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms.
- Experience with trading partner onboarding and EDI implementation/support.
- Experience working with retail, logistics, supply chain, or B2B integration environments.
