Job Summary We're looking for an analytically sharp, growth-obsessed Assistant Manager E-Commerce to lead marketplace strategy and execution for mCaffeine and HYPHEN across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in terms of scale reading data, spotting opportunities, building systems, and driving revenue growth with precision. You'll operate at the intersection of performance, operations, and strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to make things happen at speed.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Strategy & Scaling: Own a specific channel revenue track growth levers, identify white spaces, and build platform-specific playbooks to accelerate share of voice and conversion.Spot and activate scaling opportunities across listings, ad strategy, and platform programs.
Listings, Content & Brand Presence Lead creation, optimization, and auditing of product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce.Own A+ content, brand stores, and storefront strategy ensuring consistency, discoverability, and conversion-readiness.Drive SEO-informed content strategy across titles, bullets, and backend search terms.
Performance Advertising Plan and manage performance ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) with a clear focus on ROAS and efficiency.Continuously test, analyze, and optimize bids, keywords, and targeting to maximize returns.Manage ad budgets across platforms and align spend to growth objectives.
Data, Analytics & Reporting Build and own performance dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion, returns, and ad efficiency.Translate data into sharp, actionable insights that inform listing strategy, pricing, and campaigns.Present weekly/monthly performance reviews to leadership with clear recommendations.
Pricing, Promotions & Operations Drive pricing strategy and promotional calendars around platform events (Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc.).Ensure smooth day-to-day operations inventory hygiene, repricing, content updates, and issue resolution.Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to maintain availability and fulfillment SLAs.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work with content, creative, and brand marketing teams to keep platform assets on-brand and high-performing.Partner with category and NPD teams on new product launches and go-to-market execution.Serve as the key point of contact for marketplace partners and platform account managers.
Skills And Qualifications 4-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce/marketplace management, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care.Proven track record of scaling marketplace presence and driving revenue growth.Strong analytical mindset comfortable with large datasets, dashboards, and turning numbers into decisions.Deep expertise in marketplace operations: cataloging, A+ content, brand stores, and category management.Hands-on experience running performance ad campaigns with measurable impact on ROAS and revenue.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with platform analytics tools.Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms how search ranking, conversion, and reviews interact.Strong written communication for internal coordination and platform-level content.Ability to juggle multiple SKUs, platforms, and priorities without dropping the ball.
