Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-commerce Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify and attract suitable talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce positions, from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for e-commerce functions such as merchandising, catalog management, marketplace operations, digital marketing, supply chain, and leadership roles, as per business requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and coordinate with candidates until joining.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and achieve recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably hiring for e-commerce roles.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
