About this role
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Quick Commerce professional to drive business growth across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The role will be responsible for platform and revenue management, commercial operations, marketplace management, promotions, D2C business, analytics, forecasting, and overall e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive e-commerce growth across leading marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and D2C channels.
- Manage business operations and revenue across multiple platforms, ensuring achievement of growth and commercial objectives.
- Manage key marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart, driving sales, visibility, and overall platform performance.
- Lead quick commerce operations across platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket.
- Manage platform-specific commercial operations, including promotions, offers, visibility, and performance coordination.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies in coordination with platforms and internal teams to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Manage D2C operations and contribute to overall online business growth.
- Track platform performance through analytics, dashboards, and regular business reporting.
- Develop sales forecasts and monitor demand, inventory, revenue, and business performance across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to scale brands across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
Required Candidate Profile:
- MBA with 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce.
- Strong experience in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or Consumer Goods.
- Proven experience scaling brands across Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Experience managing multiple quick commerce platforms simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of FMCG e-commerce dynamics, particularly across the South India market.
- Strong understanding of marketplace management, platform operations, revenue management, promotions, and commercial operations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
