Job Description: E-commerce Order Processing In-Charge

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Order Processing In-Charge to manage the smooth and timely processing of orders received through various e-commerce marketplaces and online channels.

The role will involve order management, coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, inventory updates, dispatch tracking, and handling day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day processing of e-commerce orders across multiple online platforms.
• Download, verify, and process orders received through marketplaces and the brand's online channels.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, labelling, invoicing, and dispatch of orders.
• Monitor order status and ensure orders are shipped within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pick-ups, deliveries, and shipment issues.
• Track pending, delayed, cancelled, returned, and undelivered orders.
• Handle RTOs, returns, replacements, and order discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team to ensure stock availability and system accuracy.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and resolve basic order-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and pending shipments.
• Coordinate with customer service and other internal teams to resolve order-related queries.
• Ensure all e-commerce orders are processed with accuracy, speed, and minimal errors.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in e-commerce order processing, order management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Experience handling orders through e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic inventory/order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high order volumes and work within strict timelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Preferred

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar e-commerce/order management systems will be an advantage.
