IFC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a growing consumer products company building and scaling brands across skincare, personal care, hygiene, FMCG, and nutraceutical categories. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Operations Manager to manage day-to-day order processing, dispatch operations, courier coordination, packaging, and marketplace fulfilment.

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely execution of the complete order-to-dispatch cycle across ecommerce and marketplace channels. The role involves PO creation, order processing, courier coordination, shipment scheduling, packaging, dispatch, inventory coordination, and continuous follow-ups with internal teams, warehouses, courier partners, and marketplace teams. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders, shipments, and operational timelines simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order & Order Management

• Create and process POs received from ecommerce and marketplace platforms.
• Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, delivery location, and order details.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams for order fulfilment.
• Track open POs and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate PO and order records.

Courier & Logistics Management

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for shipment creation.
• Create courier/shipping requests and arrange pickups.
• Schedule shipments and coordinate pickup timelines.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
• Follow up on delayed, failed, or pending shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues.

Packaging & Dispatch

• Coordinate product packaging as per marketplace and courier requirements.
• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, labeling, and packaging before dispatch.
• Coordinate daily dispatch planning with warehouse teams.
• Ensure orders are dispatched within defined timelines.
• Monitor dispatch accuracy and minimize errors, damages, and returns.

Marketplace Operations

• Coordinate fulfilment requirements across ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Monitor incoming POs and fulfilment schedules.
• Ensure platform-specific operational requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding order, dispatch, and delivery issues.
• Maintain operational records and reports.

Follow-Ups & Coordination

• Follow up with warehouse, courier partners, vendors, and marketplace teams.
• Track pending orders, pickups, deliveries, and operational issues.
• Ensure timely closure of outstanding operational tasks.
• Escalate critical delays or issues to management.

Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability against incoming POs.
• Monitor fast-moving and low-stock SKUs.
• Flag inventory shortages that may impact order fulfilment.
• Coordinate stock allocation across channels where required.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain daily ecommerce operations reports.
• Track PO status, dispatch status, courier pickups, deliveries, and pending orders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational MIS.
• Monitor key metrics such as order processing time, dispatch TAT, delivery performance, and fulfilment accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in Ecommerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Order Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience handling ecommerce orders, POs, dispatches, and courier operations.
• Strong understanding of the order-to-dispatch process.
• Good knowledge of courier and logistics coordination.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs, orders, and operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Comfortable working with ecommerce dashboards, ERP, OMS, WMS, or logistics platforms.

Experience with ecommerce or marketplace operations for:

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Nykaa, or other ecommerce/quick-commerce platforms will be an advantage.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates with qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Ecommerce, or Business Administration will be preferred.
