Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for managing and growing Navigant Technologies’ online sales channels. This role oversees day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listing and catalog management, pricing updates, promotions, and ensuring accurate content across platforms. The Ecommerce Manager monitors online performance metrics, tracks customer behavior, and coordinates with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize conversion and retention. Responsibilities include developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing campaigns, improving user experience, and aligning online initiatives with overall business goals. The role also involves regular reporting, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing best practices for online merchandising and digital customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills, including campaign planning, digital promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, online merchandising, or digital retail management is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and basic Excel or data reporting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
