Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee Baidyanath’s online sales channels, including marketplace platforms and the company’s own website, to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include managing product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The Ecommerce Manager will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to plan digital initiatives, maintain consistent brand messaging, and support new product launches across all online touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces and driving digital revenue.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions for performance optimization.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer support teams.
- Marketing and E-Commerce expertise in planning promotions, managing campaigns, and enhancing online brand presence.
- Prior experience in FMCG, healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital analytics tools, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in ecommerce or digital marketing are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail.
