Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Manager Location: Noida / Remote / Hybrid Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Operations, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for driving website traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing online customer acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Management - Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.). - Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. - Coordinate product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory updates.
Digital Marketing - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Develop strategies to increase website traffic, leads, and sales. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Google Ads & Performance Marketing - Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. - Improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Meta Ads Management - Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. - Build custom audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences. - Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for maximum performance.
Analytics & Reporting - Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. - Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
SEO & Content Marketing - Work on on-page SEO optimization. - Coordinate with content and design teams to create high-converting marketing assets. - Implement strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Experience in managing e-commerce websites. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. - Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools. - Knowledge of conversion optimization and performance marketing. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing. - Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads will be an added advantage
