Ecommerce Manager

Diva Celebration Lounge is Hi-Style's fashion brand. We're investing in our own website as the core of our online business, and we're looking for someone to own it end to end and grow it.

The Role You'll own and grow Diva's brand website, traffic, conversion and revenue. This is a hands-on D2C role for someone who can set the strategy and execute it: driving customers to the site, turning visits into orders, keeping the catalog sharp, and running smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Own the website's revenue target, grow traffic, conversion rate and average order value
• Plan and run launches, sale events and festive campaigns on the site to hit monthly and seasonal goals
• Manage the online catalog end to end listings, images, pricing, size charts, tagging and merchandising
• Work with the marketing agency on performance ads (Meta, Google), SEO and traffic growth, and track ROAS
• Improve the customer journey landing pages, offers, bundling, checkout to lift conversion
• Plan CRM and retention on email, WhatsApp and SMS to bring customers back and grow repeat orders
• Oversee website operations, inventory accuracy, order processing, dispatch coordination, returns
• Report weekly/monthly on sales, traffic, conversion and returns to leadership
• Manage and mentor the ecommerce team and coordinate across retail, warehouse and marketing

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years growing a D2C / brand website fashion, apparel or lifestyle preferred
• Hands-on with a website platform (Shopify a strong plus)
• Solid grip on website analytics, traffic, conversion funnel, AOV and comfortable in Excel/Sheets
• Understands what actually drives online sales: performance ads, SEO, CRM and a clean UX
• Organised, ownership-driven and able to run growth and operations at the same time

Nice to have

• Track record of scaling a D2C website's revenue
• Familiarity with Shopify apps, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
