Role Overview

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support day-to-day operations of our clients online marketplaces and ecommerce stores. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to improve product visibility, drive conversions, and grow revenue across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) on marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart, and on ecommerce stores
• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and order status to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and coordinate promotions, deals, and campaigns to boost sales
• Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, returns, ad performance) and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for timely execution
• Resolve listing, account, and order-related issues, and liaise with marketplace support
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
• Identify new growth opportunities across ecommerce channels

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce or marketplace management
• Working knowledge of product listings, inventory, pricing, and marketplace policies
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing, including promotions and marketplace advertising
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
