Ecommerce Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Omni-Channel Marketplace Management:
- Manage and scale operations across Shopify (D2C) and global marketplaces including Amazon US, Walmart, Target, BestBuy, Kohls, Macys, Sharper Image, Staples, RobotShop, and TikTok Shop.
- Oversee product cataloging, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and marketplace compliance.
- Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and marketplace policy adherence.

2. Reconciliation & Operational Control:
- Manage settlements, reconciliation processes, refund tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
- Ensure accurate financial tracking across all marketplaces.
- Coordinate fulfillment partners for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

3. Cross-Border & USA Vendor Coordination:
- Oversee export operations to the USA and other international markets.
- Coordinate with USA-based vendors, distributors, freight partners, and marketplace account managers.
- Ensure seamless cross-border shipping execution and compliance.

4. Reporting & Growth Optimization:
- Track marketplace KPIs including sales performance, returns rate.
- Generate insights to improve channel performance and scale global presence.
- Identify expansion opportunities across new marketplaces and regions.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in global e-commerce or omni-channel marketplace management.
- Prior experience with D2C Indian brands exporting to the USA or other international markets.
- Strong exposure to the USA vendor ecosystem and cross-border trade execution.
- Hands-on experience managing multi-marketplace platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
