Role Description The Ecommerce Business Owner at EVER HOME will oversee and grow the brand’s online business, with a focus on driving sales, managing product listings, and enhancing the customer experience across ecommerce platforms. This full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, involves planning and executing ecommerce strategies, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing pricing and promotions, and coordinating with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams. The role includes managing inventory and catalog accuracy, ensuring high-quality product content, and working closely with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to improve visibility and conversion. The Ecommerce Business Owner will track trends, analyze data, and implement initiatives to expand Everhome’s digital presence while maintaining alignment with brand standards and long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in ecommerce management, including online marketplace operations, catalog management, and order lifecycle oversight.
- Strong skills in business analysis, data interpretation, and performance tracking using ecommerce dashboards and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing practices relevant to ecommerce, such as SEO for product listings, campaign coordination, and basic performance marketing concepts.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams covering merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and finance to support online sales goals.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and related tools (e.g., marketplace seller panels, inventory management systems, Excel or similar software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in product descriptions, presentation, and customer-facing content.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities in online channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; prior experience in home furnishings, textiles, or consumer goods is an advantage.
