ECAD Engineer - High Speed PCB Design

Looking for experienced ECAD Engineers with strong expertise in High-Speed PCB Design using Altium Designer. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop complex High-Speed Multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer.

Execute complete PCB design activities including:

• Library Creation
• Component Placement
• High-Speed Routing
• Constraint Management
• DRC Setup & Clearance

Design high-speed interfaces such as:

• DDR4 / DDR5
• LPDDR
• PCIe
• MIPI (10G+)
• Ethernet

Generate and verify:

• Gerber Files
• Manufacturing Files
• STEP Files
• DXF Files

Create HYP files for SI/PI analysis and implement recommendations from SI/PI reports.

Define and recommend PCB Stack-ups for signal integrity, power integrity, and manufacturability.

Ensure EMI/EMC-compliant PCB designs following industry best practices.

Perform DFM, DFT, and DFX implementation and verification.

Conduct CAM checks and DFM validation using Valor tools.

Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, SI/PI, Hardware, and Mechanical teams to achieve optimized product designs.

Required Skills

6-15 Years of PCB Design Experience

Expert-level experience in Altium Designer

Strong expertise in:

• High-Speed PCB Design
• Multilayer PCB Design
• PCB Stack-up Definition
• High-Speed Routing
• PCB Layout Optimization

Hands-on experience with:

• DDR4 / DDR5
• LPDDR
• PCIe
• MIPI
• Ethernet

Experience in:

• SI/PI Implementation
• EMI/EMC Design Compliance
• DFM / DFT / DFX Reviews
• Panelization
• Manufacturing Release Process

Knowledge of:

• Valor DFM
• CAM Verification
• Gerber Validation
• Manufacturing Readiness Reviews

Preferred Skills

SI/PI Awareness and Report Interpretation

Automotive, Semiconductor, Telecom, or Networking Domain Experience
