Oracle EBS Receivables & Cash Management Functional Consultant (10+ Years)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management (CM) modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving Oracle EBS transformation initiatives across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation for Oracle EBS AR and Cash Management modules.
• Configure and support:
• Customer and Receivables setups
• Transaction Types and Sources
• AutoInvoice
• Receipt Classes and Receipt Methods
• Receipt Sources
• Credit Management
• Collections and Dunning
• Lockbox Processing
• Bank Interfaces
• Cash Management and Bank Reconciliation
• Accounting Rules and Revenue Recognition
• Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process design and optimization.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications, BR100, MD50, FRD, FDD, test scripts, and training materials.
• Work closely with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE/CEMLI).
• Support integration of AR and CM with:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Order Management (OM)
• Inventory (INV)
• Treasury and Banking systems
• Third-party applications
• Manage CRP, SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Hypercare activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production incidents and business issues.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Collaborate with global business users, finance stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Lead workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate offshore/onshore delivery teams.
