Description

We are looking for an experienced EBS Finance Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Finance modules and a proven track record of implementing and supporting financial systems. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their finance processes and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their finance processes and requirements.
Implement and configure Oracle EBS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of EBS Finance applications to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and support to end-users on EBS Finance functionalities.
Assist in data migration and integration tasks with existing systems and EBS.
Prepare documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance implementation and support.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
Proficient in Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of finance-related business processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
