Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for early years students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
• Observe and assess childrens progress and maintain appropriate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding childrens development and learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities and school events.
• Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate degree with relevant teacher training/Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in Early Years/Pre-Primary teaching preferred.
• Cambridge Primary exposure will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly approach.
• Good classroom management skills.
