Key responsibilities and duties

• Teaching
  • Lead and teach modules related to Computer Science at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Professional engagement and knowledge exchange
  • Work closely with academic organisations in knowledge exchange.
  • Build relationships with external professional and industry organisations.
• Administration
  • Participate in and contribute to the running of activities in the department by undertaking administrative duties as agreed with the Associate Dean.
  • To attend relevant academic or management committees.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as required.
• Other skills
  • Ability to work co-operatively and effectively with colleagues and show enthusiasm for contributing in general to the department and with colleagues based at the home campus.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• In addition to the above, all University of Liverpool, India Bengaluru staff are required to:

Essential Qualifications and Attributes

• PhD in a relevant subject.
• Ability and enthusiasm to teach Computer Science, while enhancing the student experience.
