EA To MD

Role & responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support:

• Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.

• Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents efficiently.

• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

• Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and ensure follow-ups on action items.

Business & Operations Support:

• Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and business performance tracking.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the transformer and bushings industry.

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

• Handle client, vendor, and partner communications on behalf of the MD.

• Coordinate with government agencies, industry bodies, and auditors as required.

• Support the MD in negotiations and contract discussions.
