SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE










Provide strategic support to the COO, assist with budget and project management, and coordinate internal and external stake holders. Provide data and support on Strategic issues from organisation and inustry benchmark point of view.









SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE











- Prepare MIS for COO- Dashboards,Presentations, Project Progress Report highlighting key risk
- Carry out best-use studies, feasibility studies including advisory for cost benchmarking
- Work out project efficiencies of all project and benchmark with market
- Carry out Technical Due Diligence of upcoming projects in coordination with Design, Liaison and BD
- Prepare analytical reports on Cash inflow v/s Cash outflow of all projects
- Support Liaison team in preparing strategies for purchase of TDR and Premium FSI as per project requirement
- Analyze, track project and materials cost and benchmark with Market standards
- Highlight the stakeholders and management the schedule of payment milestones required for cash inflow
- Prepare Construction and Handover strategies ascertaing project cashflow
- Prepare yearly/monthly cash outflow data regularly as per the construction schedule and tracking the same.
- Coordination with Liasioning, Design, contracts and Operations departments for project related matters like Approvals, Preliminary budgets, Design Specifications, etc.
- Ability to work on financial- P&L, NPV, IRR, ROI, and other ratios
- Weekly and monthly progress reports for management review
- Follow up with other team members for the critical activies as and when required by COO
- Support and assist COO in developing other CMD projects

Formulating Strategies and Coordination with internal stakeholders
1. Operations handover strategies ascertaining positive cashflow
2. Strategies for purchase of TDR and Premium FSI as per project requirement
3. Collaboration and Coordination with internal stakeholders to develop, implement and accomplish the startegic plans
4. Support COO in optimizing potential of land parcels/ Projects maintaining profitability of the project 30%

Preparing Dashboards and Data Analysis for effective decision making of COO
1. Preparing Dashboards, MIS, Progress Report highlighting key risk and opportunities to the COO
2. Benchmarking initial results to measure long-term market trends which aid in making financial and operations decisions
3. Analyze, track project and materials cost and benchmark with Market standards
4. Prepare analytical reports on Cash inflow v/s Cash outflow of all projects
5. Work out project efficiencies of all project and benchmark with market
