EA To COO

1) Supply Side Integration & Value Chain Effectiveness Develop an in-depth understanding of end-to-end supply side value chain of the organization (divisions, SCM, quality, R&D, NPD), including processes, review forums, key initiatives, metrics and KPIs. Integrate supply-side inputs across functions into cohesive annual and long-term plans in partnership with Strategy and business teams. Participate and drive alignment during review forums (divisional meetings – supply side review forums, supply side alignment meeting, S&OP, MRMs, pre-season readiness meetings, R&D meetings, plant reviews) to ensure seamless execution and decision convergence. Anchor benchmarking, TRM, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply-side competitiveness

 2) Cross-functional Collaboration & Program Mobilisation Act as a program manager for cross-functional initiatives, enabling structured planning, execution tracking, and outcome delivery Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (divisions, SCM, R&D, NPD, Quality, Projects teams) to drive alignment, resolve interdependencies, and accelerate decisions. Mobilize teams by translating strategy into executable action plans, ensuring clarity on milestones, ownership, and timelines. Drive governance through structured reviews, dashboards, and action tracking mechanisms to ensure momentum and accountability. 

 3) COO Office Enablement Serve as the integration hub for all supply-side insights and updates to the COO, enabling informed and timely decision-making. Bring systems thinking to connect strategy, execution, and performance outcomes across functions. Ensure rigorous follow-through on key initiatives with clear visibility on risks, escalations, and progress.
