EA To CFO

Role & responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support the CFO in formulation and execution of business strategy
• Track and monitor progress of strategic initiatives across functions
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking Business Analytics & Insights
• Develop and manage dashboards for tracking key business KPIs
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data modelling
• Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency Business Insights & Decision Support
• Prepare data-backed reports and presentations for leadership reviews • Provide analytical support for key business decisions CFO Office Management
• Manage CFOs priorities, calendar, and critical deliverables
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
• Act as a liaison between CFO and internal/external stakeholders
• Support board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor communications

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and transformation initiatives • Track action items and drive accountability across teams
• Ensure timely execution of CFO-led priorities

Preferred candidate profile

CA/MBA - Finance with relevant experience in Business analytics and working with the top management
