EA To CFO (Finance background is preferred)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The role requires strong administrative capabilities along with a sound understanding of finance, budgeting, MIS and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CFO, including calendar, travel, and meeting management.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate financial reports, MIS dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Treasury, and business teams for timely information and report submissions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and business information while ensuring effective follow-ups and action tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA Finance preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably CFO, Finance Director, or Business Head.
• Strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting processes, MIS preparation, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle.
• Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
