About a minute. You'll make an account on the way through.

    About this role

    Executive Assistant to Co-Founder / CEO | Founder's Office

    Remote | India | Full-Time

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING. This is not a conventional Executive Assistant position.

We are looking for an exceptionally sharp, organized and resourceful professional who can become the right hand to our Co-Founder, Raj Armani, and genuinely take work, follow-ups and mental load off his plate. If you need to be reminded to follow up, wait for instructions before taking the next step, or consider a task complete because you sent an email — this role probably isn't for you.

If you naturally think: I own this. I'll figure it out, follow it through, and come back when it's done. — please continue.

    THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone in the top tier of Executive Assistants — intelligent, observant, articulate and extremely dependable.

    You should have:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication

    • Strong judgment and common sense

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • The ability to prioritize without constant direction

    • Confidence communicating with senior executives, vendors and team members

    • A natural instinct for following up and closing loops

    • Strong research and problem-solving abilities

    • High comfort with technology and AI tools

    • An easy-going personality combined with a serious attitude toward getting things done

Most importantly, you need to understand the purpose of an EA:

Your job is not to manage Raj's to-do list. Your job is to make that list smaller.

Raj moves quickly, manages multiple businesses, people, projects, vendors and opportunities across countries. The right EA will create structure around that activity and make sure important things don't fall through the cracks.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

    1. Own the Follow-Up System

This is probably the most important part of the role.

Raj frequently delegates tasks to team members, vendors and external partners. Your responsibility is to track those commitments and make sure they reach completion.

    You won't simply ask:

    Any update

You'll understand what was supposed to happen, when it was supposed to happen, what is blocking it and what needs to happen next.

    You close loops.

    2. Manage Calendar & Meetings

Own Raj's calendar and protect his time.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, identify conflicts, organize priorities and ensure he has the information/context required before important conversations.

After meetings, make sure action items don't disappear.

    3. Manage Communication

Help review, organize and respond to non-priority emails and communications.

Identify what requires Raj's personal attention, what can be handled independently, what can be delegated and what can simply be resolved.

    Good judgment here is essential.

    4. Delegate & Coordinate

Act as a conduit between Raj and the team.

When something can be delegated without requiring his direct involvement, coordinate it with the appropriate person, communicate expectations clearly and follow through until completion.

    5. Research & Decision Support

Research vendors, products, travel, pricing, competitors, business opportunities, processes and other subjects as required. But we don't want someone who simply sends 15 Google links. We want someone who can research something and say:

I looked at the options. Here are the three that matter, here's the difference, and this is the one I recommend — and why.

    6. Solve Problems

Sometimes you'll receive a task without a perfect set of instructions. That's intentional.

A strong EA knows when to ask a question — and when to investigate, use judgment and figure things out.

    7. Personal & Administrative Support

From time to time, the role will also involve travel planning, reservations, appointments, purchases, documentation and other personal or administrative responsibilities.

No two weeks will look exactly the same.

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

After 90 days, Raj should be able to say:

I don't have to remember everything anymore because my EA does.

    You know what's pending.

    You know who owes what.

You know which deadlines are approaching.

You know which conversations require follow-up.

And when Raj asks, Whatever happened with XYZ, ideally your answer isn't:

    Let me check. It's:

    Already handled. Here's the outcome.

    WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

    Please don't apply if:

    • You require detailed instructions for every task

    • You are uncomfortable following up repeatedly with people

    • You avoid difficult conversations

    • You frequently miss small details

    • You consider sending a message equivalent to completing a task

    • You struggle to communicate professionally in English

    • You need a highly predictable 9-to-5 environment

    • You are looking for a temporary role while figuring out your next move

We would rather leave this position open than hire the wrong person.
