1. As an E2E Test Lead, you will: - Lead end-to-end testing and governance across the release lifecycle.
- Prepare, review, and execute E2E test scenarios based on business requirements and technical designs.
- Perform impact analysis across applications, APIs, interfaces, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Validate end-to-end workflows across CRM, Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Activation, Inventory, and Service Assurance.
- Drive SIT, E2E, UAT, FUT, Regression, Operations Readiness, and Release Readiness activities.
- Lead technical defect analysis, defect triage, dependency management, and issue resolution.
- Track test metrics, risks, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
- Provide quality assessments and recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Coordinate with business, technical, operations, and vendor teams.
- 10+ years of overall software testing experience with strong hands-on E2E testing expertise.
- Strong Telecom OSS/BSS domain knowledge and understanding of telecom business workflows.
- Experience in test scenario preparation, execution, coverage assessment, and governance.
- Technical knowledge of system architecture, APIs, interfaces, logs, databases, and integration flows.
- Understanding of CRM, Order Management, Product/CPQ, Billing, Provisioning/Activation, Inventory, and Service Assurance.
- Experience in defect management, test metrics, risk management, and release governance.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, test management tools, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive E2E test scenarios.
- Analyze system dependencies and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Drive defect resolution and coordinate multiple teams in multi-vendor environments.
- Assess release quality, identify risks, and support Go/No-Go decisions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to large-scale systems, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows.
