Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Relationship Associate to handle customer queries through Email and Live Chat. This is a Non-Voice Customer Support role requiring strong written English communication and good customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email and chat.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication.

• Resolve queries within the defined turnaround time.
