E&I Sr. Electrician / Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled E&I Sr. Electrician / Supervisor for our CEMENT plant to manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities for kiln, ball mill, packing plant, and auxiliaries.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, instrumentation, and PLC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, field instruments, PLC, VFDs, and power distribution issues.
• Ensure minimal downtime and improve reliability.
• Plan for necessary spares for equipment under his responsibility.
• Plan shutdown work, engage and supervise the electrical team.
• Coordinate with production & mechanical departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the cement industry.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
