Role & responsibilities

• Support website and e commerce related tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Help track basic funnel movement, customer journeys and website observations
• Assist in identifying issues in pages, content, journeys and customer experience
• Coordinate follow-ups with Tech, agency or vendor teams on open items
• Support testing, validation and simple documentation of changes
• Help maintain trackers, observations and weekly action points
• Contribute to campaign, landing page and source tracking related work
• Learn from live business situations, including practical on-ground aspects which may not

always be structured
