About this role
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
- Drive marketplace sales, revenue, and product visibility.
- Manage pricing, promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and other key e-commerce KPIs.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, returns, and marketplace-related issues.
- Prepare regular marketplace performance reports and conduct competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/E-Commerce will be preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product listing, marketplace operations, sales, promotions, and analytics.
- Good command of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
