E Commerce Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage online sales and customer service for an e-commerce platform, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
• Process orders, handle returns, and resolve issues through effective communication with customers via phone calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce industry practices and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) with ability to work on international voice process.
