E-commerce Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition & Conversion: Pitch our e-commerce management and operational services to prospective US-based brands, retailers, and sellers, converting them into active company accounts.
• Outreach & Relationship Building: Manage inquiries, conduct online meetings/presentations, and build strong pipelines of prospective US clients during night shift hours.
• Consultative Selling: Understand the pain points of international sellers on global marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and demonstrate how our e-commerce solutions drive sales and growth.
• Handoff to Operations: Ensure a seamless transition and onboarding of newly acquired clients over to the dedicated internal e-commerce account management team.
• Pipeline Management: Track all prospect interactions, proposal stages, and conversion statuses accurately.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or client acquisition (specifically targeting US markets).

• Skills Required:
  
• Comfortable working permanently in US night shifts.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for confident international client interactions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and marketplace ecosystems.
• Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of converting leads into accounts.
