E-Commerce Product Sourcing Specialist

We're building our private-label catalog and need someone who can find winning products, source the right suppliers, and own development from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate private-label product opportunities using sales data, demand trends, and profitability analysis
• Analyze competitor listings and customer reviews to define product improvements and differentiation
• Source and negotiate with overseas suppliers (Alibaba, 1688, Global Sources) RFQs, samples, contracts, landed cost
• Own new product development end-to-end: concept sampling costing launch
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and compliance (platform policies, FDA/CE/FCC, IP)
• Maintain sourcing records, POs, and documentation

Required

• Hands-on experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or equivalent
• Proven supplier negotiation with overseas manufacturers
• Profitability modeling BA sheets, margin calculations, landed cost
• Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting)
• Private-label or buying-house background

Preferred candidate profile

• Amazon Seller Central or marketplace experience
• Familiarity with FDA/CE/FCC and IP compliance
