E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective product pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage e-commerce operations on multiple platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Seller Panel, Myntra Partner Portal.
  
• Oversee marketplace management including listing products, managing inventory, tracking orders, and resolving customer issues.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
