Job Summary

Apparel Group India is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support daily online business operations. The candidate will assist with order processing, inventory tracking, marketplace coordination, logistics, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and tracking online orders.
• Support order fulfilment, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order delivery.
• Help monitor inventory availability and update stock records.
• Maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
• Use MS Excel to update and analyze operational data.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies and delivery-related issues.
• Support the team in improving operational processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates pursuing/completing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Interest in e-commerce, online retail, and marketplace operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
