E commerce Operations Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain Catalog hygiene across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• Check product listings for correct product information, images, pricing, attributes, size/color details, and other listing parameters.
• Support SPF/claims management, including raising claims for damaged, missing, mismatch, or incorrect returns within the marketplace SLA.
• Track the status of claims, follow up on pending/rejected claims, and maintain claim trackers.
• Coordinate with internal teams,warehouses, marketplaces, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Key Skills / Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large data sets
• Good communication and follow-up skills
