Japyara is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and update product catalogues on Shopify
* Upload, resize and regularly update product images
* Add and update product descriptions, prices, variants and inventory
* Manage orders, returns, cancellations and fulfilment status
* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer-support teams
* Create discount codes and update website banners and collections
* Identify website or application issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
* Provide basic technical and operational support
* Maintain accurate product, order and inventory reports
* Ensure the website remains updated and error-free
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store
* Strong knowledge of product listing and catalogue management
* Basic image-editing skills using Canva or similar tools
* Understanding of order processing, inventory and fulfilment
* Ability to troubleshoot basic website and application issues
* Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or Shopify operations
