• 13 years of experience in E-commerce Operations within a D2C brand.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.
• Experience using EasyEcom or similar Order Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA operations.
• Understanding of payment gateways and e-commerce workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with attention to detail.
