E-commerce & Online Merchandising Team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information across marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and the website.
• Conduct regular listing audits and quality checks to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Manage and coordinate product pricing, MRP, offers, and discount updates across marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and the website.
• Take ownership of assigned website and marketplace properties and ensure smooth functioning and timely updates.
• Regularly follow up with stakeholders and ensure deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines.

What Were Looking For

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Proactive, organised, and good at coordination and follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce platforms, or e-commerce merchandising will be an advantage.
