E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager - Horizon Store (Australia)

Location: Remote (India)

Salary: 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year, based on experience and proven results

Experience: 3 to 6 years preferred

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST

About us
Horizon Store is an established Australian retailer of consumer electronics, technology and home appliances. We sell through our Shopify website and leading marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay. We are growing our India-based e-commerce team.

What you will do

• Own the P&L of our online business. You are accountable for revenue, margin, ad spend and costs across every marketplace.
• Run daily operations across 10+ online marketplaces.
• Improve listings, pricing, promotions and marketplace performance.
• Analyse competitors and find ways to grow profitable sales.
• Monitor account health and fix issues before they affect sales.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns and promotions ensure ROAS.
• Analyse sales, margins and marketplace performance.
• Use AI tools to establish automations, speed up listing writing, pricing analysis, reporting and overall output and quality of work
• Write weekly performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Work with our operations, development and warehouse teams.

What you need

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Proven experience being accountable for the P&L of an online business or channel, including revenue, margin and cost control.
• Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of marketplace pricing, fees, advertising and profit margins.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Daily use of AI tools, with real examples of how they improved your work.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with an international team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM IST.

• Hands-on experience with Odoo.
• Experience selling in Australia or other international markets.
