E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Manager

Role & responsibilities

•Manage and grow Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg and other relevant marketplaces.

•Set monthly sales targets and platform-wise growth plans.

•Improve product visibility, rankings, conversion and sales.

•Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, reviews and positioning.

•Identify new marketplace opportunities and profitable SKUs.

•Track revenue, orders, conversion, returns and contribution by platform.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace operations.
• Working experience with Flipkart and preferably Tata 1mg / healthcare marketplaces.
• Experience managing or contributing to a D2C website, preferably Shopify or similar.
• Practical knowledge of Amazon PPC and performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and commercial numbers.
• Experience in nutraceuticals, FMCG, pharma, beauty/personal care, health or wellness is strongly preferred.
• Should be an execution-oriented self-starter who can work independently.
