Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹ 55,000/month, depending on experience and proven results About Artfluence Artfluence is an Indian stretched-canvas wall-art brand offering high-quality canvas artworks priced between
₹1,499 and ₹3,499 . We manufacture our stretched canvas products in-house, giving us control over product quality, pricing, production and fulfilment. We currently sell through marketplaces and our own D2C website, with Amazon and our website being key sales channels. We are now entering a major growth and restructuring phase. After previously achieving consistent monthly sales, Artfluence is currently underperforming and needs a commercially strong e-commerce operator to diagnose what has gone wrong and rebuild the sales engine. This is
not a catalogue-management job . We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the commercial performance of our e-commerce channels. The Role As the
E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Manager , you will own the day-to-day commercial performance of Artfluence across:
- Amazon
- D2C website
- Product catalogue
- Marketplace merchandising
- Conversion rate optimization
- Pricing and promotions
- E-commerce analytics
- Catalogue performance
- Customer journey
- Inventory coordination
- Marketplace growth You will work closely with the Founder and Performance Marketer. Your primary responsibility is simple:
Increase profitable orders and revenue from Artfluence's e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities1. Amazon Business Ownership You will take end-to-end ownership of Artfluence's Amazon business. Catalogue Management
- Manage all Artfluence ASINs/SKUs.
- Create, optimize and maintain product listings.
- Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms.
- Ensure catalogue information is accurate and consistent.
- Identify duplicate, weak or cannibalizing listings.
- Improve catalogue structure and product categorization.
- Ensure all listings follow Amazon policies and best practices. Amazon SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct keyword research.
- Identify high-volume and high-intent keywords.
- Monitor keyword rankings.
- Improve organic ranking through catalogue optimization and sales velocity.
- Identify declining keywords and products.
- Monitor competitor listings and keyword strategies.
- Identify new search opportunities. Amazon Conversion Optimization Continuously improve:
- Main images
- Secondary images
- A+ Content
- Product titles
- Bullet points
- Product descriptions

- Offers

- Ratings
- Product positioning Your goal is not merely to increase impressions. It is to improve:
Impression → Click → Product View → Cart → Purchase 2. Amazon Sales & Performance Analysis Every week, you should know:
- Revenue
- Orders
- Units sold
- Average selling price
- Sessions
- Impressions
- CTR
- Conversion rate
- Organic sales
- Paid sales
- Product-level sales
- Keyword-level performance
- Returns
- RTO/failed deliveries where relevant
- Advertising contribution
- Contribution margin You should be able to answer: "Why did Amazon sales increase or decrease this week?" with data—not assumptions. 3. Product Portfolio Management You will analyze the complete Artfluence catalogue and categorize products into: Winners Products that consistently generate sales and/or strong contribution. Potential Winners Products with promising traffic, CTR, conversion or engagement but insufficient volume. Weak Products Products that consume catalogue space but don't generate meaningful demand. Dead Products Products that should potentially be discontinued, replaced or deprioritized. You will help develop the
Artfluence Hero Product Strategy , identifying the small number of artworks that should receive the majority of marketing and merchandising attention. 4. Pricing & Promotion You will monitor:
- Competitor pricing
- Artfluence pricing
- Discounts
- Coupons
- Offers
- Size-wise pricing
- Product-level contribution You will work with the Founder to determine:
- Minimum viable selling price
- Promotional pricing
- Which products should be discounted
- Which products should never be heavily discounted
- Which sizes generate the best economics You will NOT blindly discount products to increase sales. Every promotion should have a commercial reason. 5. D2C Website Ownership You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the Artfluence website. Monitor and improve:
- Website conversion rate
- Product page conversion
- Add-to-cart rate
- Checkout initiation
- Checkout completion
- AOV
- Product discovery
- Collection performance
- Landing pages
- Mobile experience
- Site speed
- Merchandising
- Offers
- Customer journey You should continuously identify:
Where are customers dropping off? and work with developers/designers where required to fix it. 6. CRO — Conversion Rate Optimization You will regularly test:
- Product page layouts
- Product photography
- Room mockups
- Product descriptions
- Pricing presentation
- Reviews
- Social proof
- Offers
- CTA placement
- Collection structure
- Homepage messaging
- Landing pages Testing should be based on data, not personal preference. 7. Analytics & Reporting You will maintain a single source of truth for Artfluence's e-commerce performance. Daily monitoring Track major anomalies in:
- Orders
- Revenue
- Amazon sales
- Website sales
- Traffic
- Conversion
- Inventory
- Advertising Weekly report Submit a concise report covering:
1. What happened? 2. Why did it happen?
3. What did we learn? 4. What are we changing?
5. What should the Founder know? 8. Inventory & Operations Coordination Coordinate with the internal manufacturing/operations team regarding:
- Fast-moving SKUs
- Slow-moving SKUs
- Stock levels
- Production requirements
- Upcoming campaigns
- Stockouts
- Marketplace inventory
- Fulfilment issues The objective is to avoid:
High-demand product + no inventory. 9. Competitor Intelligence Continuously monitor major competitors across:
- Amazon
- D2C websites
- Meta
- Instagram Track:
- Pricing
- New products
- Bestsellers
- Images
- Offers
- Reviews
- Positioning
- Product descriptions
- Advertising angles Provide actionable insights rather than simply collecting screenshots. 10. Customer & Product Insights Analyze customer behaviour to determine:
- Which artworks sell
- Which sizes sell
- Which price points sell
- Which categories sell
- Which cities buy
- New vs returning customers
- Repeat purchase behaviour
- Return reasons
- Customer complaints
- Customer preferences Translate this data into product and marketing recommendations. KPIs You will be evaluated primarily on commercial outcomes. Core KPIs
