E Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.

* Manage operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart Etc., and other relevant platforms.

* Oversee product listing, catalog management, content optimization, and pricing strategies.

*Coordinate with freight aggregators and logistics partners for deliveries.

*Ensure efficient warehouse management, including inventory control, dispatch planning, and returns management.

* Streamline order management systems, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and fulfillment.

*Track and analyze sales performance metrics, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics, production) to ensure seamless operations.

* Drive customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, reviews, and order issues.

* Work closely with IT teams to enhance the integration of e-commerce platforms with ERP or backend systems.

* Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and digital tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

*Minimum 10 years of experience in E-commerce operations or related fields.

* Proven track record of managing seller accounts e-commerce platforms.

* Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, and order management systems.

* Hands-on experience with product listing tools, Excel, and analytics platforms.

*Familiarity with ERP systems and marketplace integrations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
